 I am a Golden, CO artist dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind art pieces from reclaimed, recycled, and salvaged wood. By preserving the natural curvatures, grains, and finishes of each piece, I infuse my work with rustic charm and character. My process often involves experimenting with all-natural stains made from materials like vinegar, rusty nails, turmeric, and chili powder, resulting in truly unique and timeless creations.

My passion for woodworking began in childhood, shaped by fond memories of helping my father in his woodshop. Signed in Wood represents the perfect blend of my love for art, woodworking, and sustainability. Each piece I create not only tells a story but also upholds a commitment to conservation by repurposing materials that would otherwise go to waste.

I primarily focus on themes of nature, landscapes, portraits, and vintage vehicles—particularly classic VW designs—but my portfolio extends to a variety of styles and subjects. Among my most cherished creations are hand-carved pet portraits, which beautifully capture the essence and personality of our beloved “best friends” on a reclaimed wood canvas.
